Moonlighting and working overtime are often necessary to make ends meet. These means of additional work as well as changing shifts are 'unhealthy' due to different factors already satisfactorily known. Add heart-burn, high blood pressure, depression and diabetes to the list unless already 'available' there.
We all know that relaxing time, enough sleep, enough sports activity contribute to a healthy lfestyle.
Because it's more difficult to change the social circumstances (only in the long run perspective) it's seems it's 'only' up to us to decide when 'enough' is 'enough'.
