Well, in comparision to the subway systems in NYC and London, fare dodging in Berlin and Munich is as easy as taking candy from a baby.

And always these sissies' approaches in Germany, 40 euros or 60 euros for fare dodgers as first time offenders, LOL.

The customers should enter the bus at the front, exiting in the rear (1 method) plus everybody has to show his/her ticket. In London, the bus ticket is checked electronically.

Government authorities rejected the idea when it was first proposed in 2009, but the VDV says now people are organising on the internet to dodge fares – meaning tougher sanctions are necessary to deter theft of service.
