After having raised 33.000 US dollars, ex-Marine (most severely injured in Iraq 2005) Brian Dunn (28) received a successful back surgery at a German special clinic in Ganderkesee, Lower Saxony, near city of Bremen.

German backbone specialist, Dr. Ritter-Lang, implanted three artificial spinal disks. 

It sounds like a miracle, Brian was able to get up from his bed - and the prognosis is very positive.

The medical service for U.S. veterans doen't cover expenses for surgery outside the U.S. Nobody was able to perform the surgery in the States.

Brian found the German specialist of Ganderkesee 'Stenumer Klinik' on the internet and raised the money.

After seven years of pain and suffering, Dr. Ritter-Lang has giving Brian 'a new life'.
